[DIY] Clinging Cat Monitor Buddy

Let's make this super easy DIY kawaii monitor buddy!

Let's start right away!

Here's what you will need:

Paints

Porcelain Clay

Glue

Blush/Soft Pastels

Sponge

I just made this Cold Porcelain clay. I recommend using Cold Porcelain because you need a large amount of clay. Polymer clay are a bit expensive if you're going to make a big displays. 

First, divide your clay into 4 parts. The big circle is for the head, two triangles for ears, two small circles for the snout and two teardrop-shapes for the arms.

Sorry for the unfocused image. All I do here is to flatten the bottom of the circle so it will sit perfectly on the monitor top.

Flatten the tip of the arms and attach it to the head. Just like this.

I used a sponge to prevent deformation of the clay.

And attached the other to their respective places. I used glue in attaching everything so it becomes stable at fixed.

I also tried to put it on the monitor so I can see if it fits.

I also colored the ears of my cat but you can also do it as it is. Or you can add spots to make it more cuter! Be creative!

I also added the nose for more details.

And a little sprout on the head because I think its cute. *U*

Add blush on for a cuter face. Though I'll already added it on the previous image XD Let the piece dry over night or until it is hard to touch. I dried mine for 3 days since it's pretty big. 

And lastly, add the details using paints! I don't have fancy tools so I just use a tooth pick to draw the eyes and whiskers.

Let it dry and you're done! You can also add glaze if you want to but I will leave it as it is.
